Copy and Pasting

Hello!

I would like to copy and paste images into Canvas announcements.  I googled this issue and got posts from 2015 that Canvas was working on this issue.  Other posts were from 2017 that said the same thing.  Has this issue been resolved? I've tried using keyboard commands as well as dropdown copy/paste menu and neither works.

Hi Laura,

I just tested this and was able to copy and paste an image into a test announcement‌ without any issues. I also found this post that I think will be very help for you. (https://community.canvaslms.com/message/151376-add-an-image-to-announcement )
