An existing Feature Idea, Dark Theme/Dark Mode for Canvas - Page 13 - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com), is already available for you here in the Community.  You can give it a star rating and also post a comment to that topic letting Instructure engineers know why this would be important to you.  Hope this will be of help to you!
