Course Image is not Loading in Public Course Index

The public course hosted in my Canvas instance does have a course image and it does load on the Dashboard for the enrolled course users who login with their Canvas account.

However the image does not load when it is accessed by public users. 

I read a post in https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Admin-Discussion/Turn-on-Course-Images/m-p/173688#M5267

Has there been changes since this last post? Anyway to have the course image appear in the Public courses for the public users.

Hi @SivaKumar1 

"Public Course Index" is currently not designed to have images show for public users and there is not an existing related Canvas Feature Ideas. You might consider creating a new request in Ideas. (How do I create a new idea conversation in the Instructure Community?)
