Hi All,

Does anyone know of an API or LTI fix for capturing individual course section assessment data? It's possible to get views/interactions with specific content by going in to the student access reports, so I know the data is THERE, but so far there's no aggregate.

I know of two ways to get the data you are looking for.  There is a report called "Student Access Report".  If you don't have this report turned on for you institution you may need to check with your CSM to see if you can get this turned on. The other way is using the Canvas Data, that Canvas is working to put into full production later this year.

I'm not aware of a place to pull report out in aggregate. In the past what we have done is pulled the users page views (using an admin token)and kept only those that applied to the course by filtering with the course ID. Assessment scores would be pulled separately.

It's possible I'm missing an API call that would do it in the aggregate. Someone else in the community may know.
