Course access

Can I get access to all the courses within a program for which I am the program director? I would like access for the courses that I am not the designated instructor for. Is this possible?

This would be a question that you'd need to address with your school's Canvas administrator(s).  We here in the Canvas Community don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or any of your courses.  Having a conversation with folks from your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team would be your best option.  Hopefully you'll be able to speak with someone at your campus about this question soon.  Good luck to you!

@Chris_Hofer is correct - this is a question for your local Canvas administrators.

it is common for institutions to provide more liberal cross-sub account access at the equivalent of instructor level via a locally configured Canvas role with enrolment at the sub-account level obviating the need for course specific enrolment.

This can be configured to give particular permissions, such as visibility of and ability to update grades, to publish/unpublish content etc.
