Create a default position for the cursor to land

As a faculty, when I click reply (like on student post), the system spawns the text editor box (YEAH).  However, the cursor is NOT positioned in the upper left to start immediately typing.  This forces the author to click reply, allow the spawn, then position the mouse to the box, and click, then start typing the response.

I believe the default position of the cursor should be the target (first upper left position of a text editor box).  without the default, the author must remove their hands from the key board, reach the mouse, position, click.  This is not an efficient use of time.  Granted it is minimal time, but when there are 30-60 students, time counts.

Please check with the developers for the right language.  Cursor position, target,   (I know this can be handled by the smart people who program)
