Customize quiz feedback

We dont like to release our marked exams to students. Is there a way to customize the quiz feedback so that students get preset feedback for each question in the quiz? The feedback would consist of a brief sentence stating the topic of the question, so students can then study those topics and we dont release our exams to the public (these exams are for private associations, where exam security is a concern).

Im assuming this would take some backend system changes, any info you could provide that I can share with our IT team?
