How do I disable or remove the "design tools" feature from Canvas?

Design Tools (now called DesignPLUS) is a third-party product designed by Cidi Labs that can integrate with Canvas.  It is not a Canvas product.  DesignPLUS allows you to design rich content pages that can really make your course shine.  Check out their showcase gallery, for example: cidilabs – showcase.

DesignPLUS is typically installed at the Canvas account level...meaning that any instructor within that Canvas account can choose to use DesignPLUS in their courses...or not at all.

I'd encourage you to reach out to your school's Canvas adminstrator(s) to talk about using DesignPLUS.  There are so many great tools available to enhance your course content and make it more accessible to you and your students.
