Download Quiz Analytics for Concluded Course

I concluded a number of courses, but now want to be able to download the quiz student analytics. Is there a way to do this in batch? 

I found a workaround, which is to go to People --> Prior Enrollments --> Select a person and click on the assignment to view their answers. That only gives you the responses to the quiz for one person at a time, and not in excel. 

I would like to be able to do the normal download as a csv file of all of the students at once, like you would do for a live course.

I have been reviewing older questions here in the Canvas Community, and I stumbled upon your question.  I am sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here in the Community unanswered since September 9, 2018.  While I don't really have much of an answer for you [the only thing I can maybe think of is the new Analytics Beta...but even then I'm not sure if this will help for your needs: Canvas Release: Analytics Beta (Course Grade)], unfortunately...  I did want to check in with you to see if you are still looking for assistance with this.  Or, have you been able to find an answer on your own since you first posted this question?  If you could please come back to this topic to provide Community members with an update, that would be great!  For the time being, I am going to mark your question as "Assumed Answered" because we have not heard back from you and because there hasn't been any new activity in this topic for five months.  However that won't prevent you or others from posting additional questions and/or comments below that are related to this topic.  I hope that's okay with you, Phoebe.  Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

I've recently run into a request for this from a faculty member at my organization. I was able to use a combination @gophoebe's and @Chris_Hofer's solutions. I went people --> view prior enrollments. From there I selected each student and re-enrolled them in the course. I did this on my organization's beta site so that students wouldn't see this course appear on their dashboard. From there I went into quizzes --> select the quiz/exam you're looking for --> quiz statistics --> item analysis. Clicking item analysis allowed me to download a file containing a breakdown of how well students performed on specific questions. 

Can viewing this kind of data be done another way?
