Download Submissions missing

I am trying to download all submissions as a zip drive, so that I can share the files. I am not seeing the option to "Download Submissions." I only see speedgrader and how many have a file to be graded. My students have submitted a Media recording on an assignment. Can someone help?

Hi @KILIEPENNINGTON,
Unfortunately, the bulk download option is not available for video submissions, as pointed out in a note on the How do I download all student submissions for an a... - Instructure Community guide page. this is likely because of the large size of some videos and how big of a zip file they could end up creating in a large class, though I can't say that for sure.
I know this probably isn't what you wanted to hear, but I hope it at least helps to know this is the expected behavior.
