Hello,
I am an instructor, and have finished teaching a course. I would now like to download all student submissions for all assignments in this course, without needing to go to the individual assignments.
How can I do this?

Unfortunately, the only bulk downloading I know of for student work in Canvas right now is done on an assignment by assignment basis (which is sounds like you're aware of already). If you're interested in having this considered as a future enhancement to Canvas, you can Submit an idea/feature request to see if it gets added to a theme for voting in the future.
