A student reported that she couldn't answer any of the matching questions on a Canvas test because when she clicked on the drop-down menus next to the questions, the answer choices flickered, and she couldn't select an answer.
Is this a known issue in Canvas, or could this be a problem with the student's wifi or laptop?

I navigated to this page: Known Issues - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com) ... and then I filtered to only view possible known issues for Canvas Quizzes. I don't see anything related to what you described. I think it would be best for your student to contact Canvas Support directly so that they can help her with this issue.
How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
