EdPuzzle Completion Error

I typically have Canvas grade EdPuzzles as complete/incomplete - when students finish they used to wait for the end of the video, they would hit submit, and only then would Canvas mark the assignment as completed. This year, Canvas is marking student's EdPuzzle assignments as complete after only clicking into the assignment once, even if they do not finish the video.

For example, on my latest EdPuzzle assignment, EdPuzzle says that I have 25 students that have completed and submitted the assignment while Canvas says that 105 students have completed the assignment.

While the activity is happening while using the Canvas LMS, this relates more to functionality with Edpuzzle.

If you have not already, I would recommend that you go to https://support.edpuzzle.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and report this to Edpuzzle.
