EdPuzzle

In the past, when I needed to grade free response questions on EdPuzzles, I would just click the link (red button reading something like "83 new answers"). But this school year, that button doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know how to get around this problem?

Someone else posted a similar question today about EdPuzzle and someone from Instructure replied to it that you should reach out to EdPuzzle Support.
