So I have a student that wasn't receiving the enrollment invite through email, so I was able to enroll her by self enrolling her by using that url and code the course has. The next class is going to start soon and I tried enrolling her by email again, and this message shows up, "The email address provided conflicts with an existing user's email that is awaiting verification. Please add the user by either SIS ID or Login ID". I tried adding her with the Login ID but that didn't work either. Any help is greatly appreciated as I don't know what else to do.
