How many exam attempts do I have for ITIL 4 Foundations course exam?

Typically, you will only have one attempt for the exam unless you have paid for a second attempt ahead of time. However, this forum is mainly for Canvas-specific questions and so your question would be better answered by the company that manages the ITIL exam, PeopleCert. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or any of the courses you are taking.  So, we do not have access to the details of the ITIL 4 Foundations course exam.  This would be a question you would need to ask of your instructor.  In order to contact your instructor, you can click on the "Help" icon on the left-hand global navigation, and then select "Ask Your Instructor a Question".  Refer to How do I get help with Canvas? for more information.
