Exporting Comments

Hello Canvas Community!

I could use your help.

I need to create a place (discussion boards or something else?) where learners can post and respond to comments on a given topic.  I also need to export this information and send the data to a team that will analyze it and make recommendations that results in actions taken by stakeholders. 

Any suggestions on where/what feature to use in Canvas?
