Flip Videos Not Showing for Teachers in Speedgrader

Hi,

I am working with a faculty member who set up a Flip assignment using the Flip-Canvas app integration. Students were able to successfully participate in the Flip, but now that it's time to grade, the faculty cannot see the videos in their Speedgrader. Instead, they see a screen that says "Preparing the Video", but it never loads (see attached image). Interestingly, as a Canvas admin, me and my colleague are able to see the Flip videos in the Speedgrader, but only the grid view, not the individual student to be graded. Any idea why this is occurring?
