This is not a question - rather it is a post to point people to the post that is in idea conversations:
Allow Folders in Pages ( https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Idea-Conversations/Allow-folders-in-Pages/idi-p/360796 )
A chrome extension has been written to provide this functionality. The post is available in the forum page above and I have copied that post below. I am just trying to get this out to as many people as possible. Dan put a lot of time into creating this extension and I think it will be beneficial to a lot of people
We think it is now ready to be tested by a wider circle of users. Please watch this video for a demonstration of the features. Please report bugs on the above forum post or to the email address linked to on the extension options page.

Thank you for sharing this extension. Even though I try to rely on modules to help organize pages, your tool helps me set up an alternate organizational structure (kinda like I do with files). I especially like that the folders can be hidden and restored via a click.
I hope you like it. The person who wrote the extension is @DanBaeckström - I just performed beta testing.
I am just putting information out in forum posts mentioning the desire for folders in pages. Unfortunately, I believe for some of the users, the extension won't work because they want students to have the same view - in other words Canvas would need to build the functionality in so that everyone in the course has the same page view(if pages are viewable by everyone).
