Getting rid of a Test Student Score that is affecting Quiz Report

I had answered a couple quiz items as a Test Student to check out my quiz. Now it is incorporating Test Student's quiz grade of 28% in my Quiz Report (e.g., Low Score is 28% and High Score is 94%). I believe this is also affecting the mean and the item statistics for the entire quiz. I have gone back and deleted Test Student from the course using the Settings feature described in other posts. It eliminates the student from the Gradebook and from Speedgrader but does NOT get rid of the Test Student's 28% score in the Quiz Report, though. Any way to remove that score permanently and get the real Quiz Report for my class?

Hi there @hrfox! Usually when you are going through as a Test Student and choose to "Reset Student View" that removes their score, submissions, etc. for everything. If you haven't already, give that a try!
