Giving Different Amounts of Time for Different Quiz Attempts

I am an instructor in an online, asynchronous course. Suppose I give students two chances to take a quiz and allot 15 minutes to take the quiz. Is it possible to change the amount of time allotted on the second attempt?

@drtonylo Unfortunately there is not away to give multiple attempts with different time limits. The attempts is of the same quiz with the same conditions.
There is a manual work around where you would wait until students have completed the first attempt and then go in a moderate the quiz and adjust the time for each student but that adds a lot of extra work on your end and if it is asynchronous, I am guessing you don't know when exactly the students are going to take the quiz.
