I am not able to open the Google Meet link in Canvas. I added it to navigation as an external app using Redirect, but the link is not working. When I click on the Google Meet link I get a message that says "site can't be reached". How can I get the Meet link to open in Canvas?

Our institution uses the Google Meet LTI so that when our instructors are setting up Google Meeting links in Canvas Calendar events, they can select the little green "Meet" button in the toolbar and it's supposed to connect to their calendar to generate the link. For the last 4 weeks, we have been getting consistent error messages (attached) that says:

This google-meet-lti-pdx-prod.inscloudgate.net page can’t be found.

No webpage was found for the web address: https://google-meet-lti-pdx-prod.inscloudgate.net/resource_link_request#

I contacted Canvas Support (case 10812673) weeks ago, who told me to contact Google support, but Google told me to contact Canvas support. Canvas support then said they would escalate it, but then I received a support case closed notice. 

Any ideas on why the LTI is no functioning properly? I've checked and rechecked the setup as admin and everything seems to be set up correctly.

Any guidance would be great. Thanks!

I'm so sorry @MelissaNTingle that you are still having issues with Google Meets and Canvas.  Here's a link that you might like to try:
