Grade Alert Not Disappearing

I have an ongoing issue where one of my canvas classes has a constant alert in my Grades tab. I have tried viewing all my assignments and feedback one by one, but the "1" indicator by my grades never disappears. It's also visible from everywhere on the class page, so it's a bit frustrating to always have to see it. I have tried clearing my cache and viewing my assignment from mobile, but this problem still persists on desktop (my primary way of accessing canvas). I've wanted to submit a support ticket for a while now, but my institution doesn't offer this option on the canvas help tab. While they have their own tech support line listed, they have been of little help and I'd like to get this solved or somehow removed. Any suggestions?
