Grade Sync to PowerSchool in a Standards-Based System

I am an administrator in a competency based school that uses standards grading in PowerSchool. We are adopting Canvas this year and trying to determine if the gradebook integration features will allow Canvas to pass back a standards grade to PowerSchool. Preliminary research makes it seem like this is not possible. Does anyone have any experience with this?

We have been struggling with EXACTLY this for the past few years.  There is a "bandaid" solution we have been using with Mastery Connect, which frankly, is rather cumbersome vs. a direct sync. It has also introduced some calculation issues that I am to this day seeking a more streamlined solution. To my knowledge there is not a SBG sync to PowerSchool SIS like there is for Traditional Grading.  We are at the point of reconsidering Schoology.
