I keep getting an "internal error" message when trying to sync grades with the grade book. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?
@jlonga , greetings! What might be happening likely depends on what system you are trying to sync the grades with. We in the Community don't have this type of information, so if you are still experiencing this issue, you would want to contact the Canvas Admins on your campus to see if they can help.
