Gradebook Issue

We have one section in our course, but one of the students is taking the course as a graduate-level course while the others are taking the course as a senior-level course for undergraduate work. The graduate student is not showing up in the grade book, however, and I cannot find her in the Canvas course.

Is the graduate student showing up on the "People" page of the course?  If not, then the student would need to be re-added to the course by your school's Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department.

They do not appear in the people tab either, but they have access to the Canvas page and have received automated grades from the quizzes, I have just been unable to grade anything that needed to be manually graded. I will look into contacting the Canvas administrator. Thank you for your response.
