Gradebook view is compressed

As an instructor, when I go to view gradebook, the grades are compressed and placed on top of each other making it unable to view.  I use chrome as my browser and I've tried with Edge and IE.  How do I correct this issue?

I took a look at the gradebook for one of your courses, @opiekenobi , but was unable to reproduce this issue in Chrome 92. You'll probably need log out, do a thorough cleansing of the cache of your browsers, reboot, and then re-authenticate into your account to try again.

I cleared my cache and browser history.  Closed browser and restarted computer.  Still no luck in rectifying the issue though.  This started in the first week of August.  Thanks for your time and efforts though.

Thanks, @opiekenobi . This is the strangest issue. I tried a thing 😉 . Would you check your gradebook one more time?

Unfortunately this still didn't correct the problem.
