I am having an issue with grade book that started a few weeks ago. When I click on gradebook it just spins and spins until it freezes. I've cleared the cache and cookies several times. I have tried several browsers and it is happening on at least 3 computers in my non-profit. Please advice.

You mentioned the first options I was going to suggest, but a better place to go is your local IT support team. They may be aware of local issues with your network (whether you are on or off campus) that might be affecting your Canvas access. It would be great if their vigilance extended to the Canvas Question Forum, alas it does not.
