A teacher entered grades and submission comments for half the class. She was grading one question at a time and clicking the update for each student before going to the next student. The next day, when she wanted to continue entering grades for the remaining students, the previous grades and submission comments were not there. Can anyone help with this? This has happened more than once. I believe she used Speedgrader, but I'm not sure.
Hi @mbourn
It sounds a little frustrating for you and your class. There are so many reasons why this is the case, you can check out a lot of information about through the Grades guides.
When looking for previous grades, sometimes, it can even be due to filtering issues with dates and semesters.
If you have a bit more context around the format and how grades are set up we can help a little more.
Thanks
Jen
