If I give a test / Quiz multiple choice in CANVAS, how does it get graded?

When you add questions to a quiz in Canvas you specify the correct answer as you input them for most question types. Since Canvas "knows" the correct answers as soon as the student submits the quiz the questions get graded. For Essay and File Upload question types you will need to go in through SpeedGrader to manually grade those.
