Group Discussion with Multiple Deadlines

I am an instruction and I would like to add multiple deadlines to the same group discussion board for my students. Is there a way to do this in Canvas LMS?

I'm facilitating book clubs in one of my courses and it would be helpful for students to post weekly to the same discussion board. However, I'd like to give them a grade for each post. I'm hoping there is a way to do this without creating a new discussion board for the book club groups each week.
