Is there a way to contact all the students and parents at once in Canvas?

Welcome to the Canvas Community!!!

The Inbox in Canvas is designed to only message courses and users in those courses.  You cannot message everyone in Canvas at once.  Your Canvas Admin (if you have one) can send a global annoucement to all users though.
