How Do I Enter A Faculty Journal Entry for multiple students at once?

I have 36 students who graduated last semester, so I now communicate with them exclusively through mass messages to their personal emails (graduation ceremony, cap-and-gown info, etc.). They are still in Canvas but have no reason to log in to check their Canvas messages, and I would like to be able to log a copy of all of the emails I am sending them. I don't want to put in an individual entry for all 36 of them though - How can I upload one entry and have it post to multiple students?
