How do I enter in my immunizations onto Canvas?

I am a new student please help.

This will depend on how your teacher set things up, and that is really who you should be asking How do I send a message to a user in a course in the Inbox as a student?

However, in general you will scan your immunization records, then upload the resulting PDF file to a Canvas Assignment. https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-9539-421241972
