How do I go about changing my name in canvas?

I recently had my last name changed and was wondering how to change my name on canvas to reflect my new name so that my credits will transfer as I am applying for colleges.

Welcome to the Canvas Community!!!

If you are using the Free-for-Teacher version of Canvas, I believe that you can change it from your Profile page.   https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10628-4212710342 

If this is through a school that is using the paid version of Canvas, I would recommend contacting the Canvas Administrator at the school.
