How do I recover a deleted quiz?

I made a quiz last May 14, 2022 from item banks and my students took it already. Once they are finish, I immediately recorded their score to another software (MS Excel) but when I was looking for the quiz yesterday (May 18, 2022), it was already gone/deleted. I didn't do anything to it and I already tried /undelete but the quiz is still not there. What can I do? Thank you 🙂

Well that is not expected behavior. I have to believe the quiz is either in the course or available from undelete. It should not just disappear.
If you remember the name of it, I would go to the assignment page and do a browser search for a word of the quiz on the page. I would do the same on the undelete view. You may have just overlooked it.
Other than that, I would get with your Canvas admins and see if they can find a record of it. Another thought - it might be in the correct time frame, go to your beta course and see if it exists there. your beta course may be https://***.beta.instructure.com/ where the *** represents your school name - look at any course in canvas and see if what you have is https://***.instructure.com/ if it is different, I do not know what the beta course designation would be, but your Canvas admins should know it.
I believe Beta courses are updated once a week with your current state of your course, so the completed quiz may still be available from it.
