How do I recover the "discussion" I accidently deleted?

I was editing the discussion that I had embedded in canvas, and I accidentally deleted my content!  Can this be restored?

Like @Chris_Hofer said, undelete may be able to do what you are looking for. If it was the actual content of the discussion then you are likely out of luck and will need to recreate it.
