How do I stop receiving email notifications from my highschool account that is now locked?

I keep getting constant canvas notifications to my personal email from my old highschool canvas account. I am unable to go and change my notification settings or remove that email as that canvas account is now locked and I no longer have access. Was wondering if there's anyway to unsubscribe or get out of this, thank you!

You may need to contact your high school to see if a Canvas admin can remove your personal email connected to your Canvas Account.
