How do I turn on the Scheduler in the Canvas Calendar?

I'm seeing information on using the Scheduler, but I'm unable to find the settings for turning this feature on in my Canvas instance. Is there a license or module that I need to purchase?

The second bulleted item in the light blue box at the top of this page indicates that you should reach out to your school's Canvas administrator if the Scheduler tool is not enabled in your Canvas environment.
