How to change Canvas SAML Entity ID?

Hi All,
I have a Bitnami CanvasLMS Virtual Machine. At the very-first-start it received the IP address 10.3.1.160 from DHCP. Then it was changed to 10.3.1.31. Now I implemented an AAD Authentication. Here we use the Canvas SAML Entity ID. Actually the Authentication works, but Canvas says: The Canvas SAML Entity ID is http://10.3.1.160/saml2 so mentioned the old veryfirst IP address. How and where can i change this ID of the Canvas server?
