How to change login verification?

Every time I log on to canvas it asks for me to enter an SMS code. The problem is the code is set to my old phone. My contact info is set up to my new phone and new email but it still uses the old phone and email for verification. Is there any way to change this? It's super obnoxious.

Have you gone through your Profile and made the necessary changes there? You state that your contact info has been changed, but where has it been changed?  You may want to contact the Canvas Support people at your institution for assistance:
