How to find when student clicked on Assignment/Quiz

I need to confirm the date and time when a student first clicked to access a Quiz. I would also like to do this for every other Assignment for a particular student. How do I do that?

I don't know if you will get that from an Assignment, but you might for a Quiz IF you have this feature enabled in your instance and your course:
