How to forward emails received outside Canvas?

I frequently receive emails from career services, recruiters and graduate schools that include attachments. How can I forward them through Canvas?

Unfortunately this is not possible to forward an external email within the Canvas messaging/inbox system.

But here are work-around suggestions:  copy and paste the message and the sender's email message in an Inbox message to your class, or in an Announcement in your course.

Unfortunately, this is not really helpful. Integrated media such as pictures are lost when emails are in HTML format and attachments have to be downloaded manually and attached to the inbox. OK for one email a day but not how frequent these things come. I will continue to make a mailing list for each class in Outlook to achieve this.
