How to publish a course that disappear?

How to publish a course that for some reason is not published anymore. In the course menu it also said that "this course cannot be added to the course menu at this time"

Welcome to the Canvas Community!!!

Are you the instructor of the course or a student in the course? It sounds like you may be a student in that course.  Only those in the Teacher/TA role can publish the course.  Students cannot.
