I already graded an assignment, but the score is gone. how can i retrieve it back?

I assigned work to students and all of them submitted it. I graded it and students saw their grades. However, the score is gone from my grade book and students did not see their scores for this assignment too. Is it possible to retrieve the score back?

That is strange behavior. I do not know of a reason why the grades would disappear. However, if they were in the gradebook initially, then they may be in the beta environment of your course. If they are, you can export the gradebook from there and then import the grades for that assignment into your actual course

In addition to Ron's suggestion, I wonder if you could check the assignment details. Is it still assigned to everyone? Is the assignment still listed for the students when they browse Grades or Assignments?
