I am out of file storage space in my Canvas courses. What do I do?

I am out of space in my canvas courses and need more ASAP. I realize my ppt with audio files are big but I have a Mac and cannot easily convert them to videos using Powerpoint. Additionally, many of the lab activities I am creating online are large files. Please help. I am working from home with a 2 and 5 year old and have VERY limited time to trouble shoot these types of problems or find an additional way to deliver material.

You will need to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone at your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see if they would be willing to increase the course file storage limit for you. We here in the Community do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your Canvas course(s) to help with this kind of request...so reaching out to someone at your school is going to be your best option.
