I am unable to Take this quiz- it has been weeks with no access

I have contacted Canvas and get the same answers with no results.

I have the access code ( previous page on the module ), I have gone through all the previous modules and I am at this page and I am not able to Take the quiz.

The take the quiz button is greyed out- so it does NOT allow me to click on it and direct me to where I can put in the access code... I have emailed and got the same response which is ( input the access code- that is NOT the issue )- because I have that access code from the previous page on the module steps.

This is the final step and all I need is to take the quiz so I complete this course.

I have tried and tried and even clicked on the link seen to troubleshoot and still no access to the quiz.

I have shared a screen shot to show what I mean- this is where I am stuck.

I am a UCR Student- I am familiar with Canvas and have never had an issue prior to this accessing any of the coursework.

This is really frustrating because I have a hold on my student account because I need to complete this- and it has been almost 2 weeks without being able to complete this.....

Is there someone I can talk to? ( sending emails and this has not helped )....

Hi @BernardKahiga,

Welcome to the Instructure Community.  Let me start off by saying this must be very frustrating for you.  Unfortunately, an issue like this isn't really something we'll be able to investigate and solve in the Community here, as most people here are other Canvas users form around the world, and we don't have any access to your user account, courses, etc...  The best people to talk to would be at your school, either the Canvas team or the teacher of the class (if there is one, this looks more like a compliance training than a standard course from your screenshot)...

With that being said, I am a bit confused because you said the button is grayed out, but in the screenshot you provided, the button is not grayed out and it looks like it should be clickable.  Can you clarify that at all?  It may not matter in the end, but I was curious as it may help figure out the problem.
