I can't log in with my Canvas account. I created the account with a join code. I am sure that the email and password I used is correct as I have notes. When I try to forget password, it doesn't send any email no matter how long I wait. When I tried logging in through google (same gmail), it's a new different account. The enrollment is also closed. What should I do?

Is your Canvas URL canvas.instructure.com or k12.instructure.com? If so, let me know.

However, if you're using a Canvas environment that is associated with an institution directly, please reach out to your school's Canvas admin for assistance, if you can.

Sometimes double clicking the 'next' button on the reset password menu is required for the message to be sent to your inbox, and it also sometimes takes a minute to appear.

Please check your Inbox again, including your spam folder, to see if it has arrived. If there still isn't anything, come back and let us know and we can forward this along to get you back into your account.
