Hi @sklazenby Welcome to the Canvas Community!
Looks like you have run afoul of an unsupported browser.
Here are some troubleshooting steps:
- Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
- Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support? Note that Internet Explorer is not a supported browser.
- Try a different browser. The latest versions of Chrome and Firefox work great in both Windows and MacOS.
- If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?, but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
If you're using your own computer, you can update to any other browser (check out browsehappy.com for quick links to all browsers, just stay away from IE), and you can also use the Canvas Student app as well.
If you do not know what browser you are using or what version the browser is, you can go to WhatsMyBrowser.org to find out.
If you are using a browser on your institution's campus, you'll want to contact your IT department to ask them to please correct the issue.
I hope this helps,
If none of this helps, then I would suggest submitting a support ticket.
Kelley
