@OmarIdriss Welcome to the Canvas community! I think there may be some confusion here. This is not Canvas support or your school's IT support. This is a community of fellow Canvas users from around the world and no one in this forum has access to your school's Canvas system to be able to assist. If your school has made the Canvas support available to students, it should show as an option under the "Help" button. If you do not have an option to contact Canvas support you will want to reach out to your school's IT team so they can look into why you are not able to take the exam.
